We are leaving for vacation, going to the mountains to get some cooler weather.  Florida has been too hot for too long.  I wanted to get some more of my Halloween cards posted that I designed for Just For Fun.   Hope you enjoy them.

On the Road

Copic Intermediate Certification

Last week, I traveled to Orlando to take my Copic Intemediate Certification class.  Coleen Schaan is a wonderful instructor and I would highly recommend her.  We had fun and learned so much.  Now I need to practice.... practice... practice.

I will post some of the things we did real soon, but first I have to practice.

Happy Father's Day

Wishing my Dad, my Husband, my Son and Son in Law all a wonderful Father's Day.  


Hope you enjoy this Fathers Day card as much as I enjoyed making it.   The water effect  is made using a zip lock bag with hair gel inside.   I really makes it look like a ship in a bottle.

Summer has arrived in Florida

Yes, summer is here and it is HOT,  I can't believe we are in the mid 90's each day now.  Our air conditioner is already working overtime and does not sound really great.   Say a prayer, last one more year.

So keeping with the summer theme I used two different "faux postage" stamps from Just For Fun Rubber Stamps®.  They look like a film strip, but in two different styles.  Stamping exactly the same stamp images I wanted to show the difference between the postage images.

Wishing all the Mom's out there a wonderful Mother's Day.  Hopefully you will be able to do some fun creating, and get away from cooking, cleaning and laundry.   I just love when I can excape to my craft room and create.

Oh my gosh, April is here........... Tax Day and Easter are fast approaching. I have posted a few of the Easter cards I have designed, maybe it will get you in the creative mod. The images are from Just For Fun® rubber stamps and colored using my "Copic" markers. I just love how vibrant it makes everything.

Finishing Valentine cards

Valentine's Day is just around the corner. I have been busy designing for Just For Fun® and below are a few of the Valentine cards. Hope you enjoy.

This is a faux postage technique Valentine card.

Non traditional colors were used for this card and I really like how it turned out. How about you, please leave a comment if you would like.

Passport 2 Fun

Last weekend three of my fellow paper artists and myself hosted "Passpost 2 Fun" in Naples, Florida. We had 15 excited stampers that came to make 12 different projects.

Here are some of the gals having fun

Sharon's project. The top project formed a pyramid with a magnetic

closure.

Barb's project. somehow I'm missing one of the cards.

Karen's projects. The card with the chicken on it is actually

a open ended box, where you can insert dry chicken soup mix,

tea bags or even candy.

Sandy's projects. Everyone learned how to make a rosette flower.

A New Year

Oh, my gosh, I can't believe my last post was at Thanksgiving. I truly wanted to post during the month of December, but I got so busy and now the month is over.
